I’ve prepared topics like React Hooks (useMemo, useCallback, useRef), Redux, controlled vs. pure components, performance optimization, Suspense, closures, throttling, and API handling. Any last-minute tips or common questions?
Also, what tricky React coding challenges should I review? Appreciate any insights

Hey team! I've been thinking about what success would mean in terms of this platform and general inclusion in the team. These are some of my thoughts:

1. Frequency of positive engagements (positive in a productive, constructive sense)
2. Increasing numbers of people engaging in each topic as they get more comfortable using the tool and airing their opinions
3. Some measure outside the app of team engagement in day to day interactions (changes in psychological safety)

But not sure how many are for QA or SDET.
Can we really negotiate YOE*3.5 and above?

What skills do they look for?
DS or Algo is not on list for QA right?
What's the skill we need to learn to reach 40Lpa+ for 7-9YOE.
