SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.

Did you/would you get booster during pregnancy?
I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

Apply to places during your maternity leave. That’s what a lot of my friends did.
I was is this position. Now on mat leave. I just stuck it out, put up more boundaries, and deprioritized work a little. Things actually improved at work, so now I’m on the fence about what to do when I return.
Went through this dilemma for the entire 9 months of my pregnancy and hasn't changed even after delivery.
I lost 1 opportunity just because I told them about my pregnancy. Lost a promotion at work because I am going to be unavailable for half a year and they need someone who can actually be present to take up the new role and work.
It used to frustrate me beyond limit until I started to look at it differently. Being a mother is also a promotion, it is giving me tremendous joy and sense of fulfillment so I guess it's not for a loss. My career will take over 2 decades from me so there is plenty time to make up for this short break.
Enjoy what you have at this moment. Not everyone is privileged enough to have what you and I have.
All the best wishes for you and baby
I am in this exact situation right now. Had been trying for a year so I definitely wasn't expecting it to happen JUST as I had resolved to quit my job after bonus payout. I was gonna quit regardless of whether I had something lined up because I've been miserable for over a year (only stuck it out for so long because my husband's financial situation was off and on throughout this pandemic)
So while I'm excited about the baby, I'm also trying really hard to manage the daily dread I feel being stuck in this miserable job for another 7 months.
I'm going to keep looking through to the beginning of my second trimester but I feel your struggles right now.🥺
Can I ask where do you work?
