A lot of the reasons jobs keep overlooking me/moving with other candidates is because they have hands-on-keyboard experience with paid social/programmatic buying platforms. While my strength lies in planning + strategy what can I do to fight the lack of activation experience?

I’m looking to getting a media buying certificate with Meta but it’s $150 and just a test not real life practice. Does that certificate even matter to hiring manager?

If any of you are working on Ocean Spray, your OLA has a major ad collision problem today. I literally never buy Ocean Spray nor have I visited the website and almost every banner on the web for me today is an Ocean Spray logo (which I'm assuming is the default).

Does anyone use Universal Local Campaigns? A client wants supplemental support for specific locations. I’ve never run a ULC campaign targeting a single location - any idea if this would compete with our existing campaigns targeting the same locations (we run campaigns targeting location groups by region)? Can a ULC targeting a single location see scale without sacrificing too much cost/store visit efficiency? Google Help articles are, unsurprisingly, no help.
