I'm a People Advisor now handling double the workload after my colleague left and wasn't replaced. Despite a slight drop in emails, most tasks remain. I've raised concerns, but management dismisses them. I'm overworked, stressed, and unwell, yet I love my job and don’t want to resign. I don't think constructive dismissal would apply as it is not a change in contract. Any advice is appreciated.

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel
