I’m a Project Manager (WFH) earning ₹3.48 LPA, saving almost all my income.
I’ve been shortlisted for Project Delivery Specialist at NielsenIQ, Mumbai, and I put ₹7.5 LPA as expected salary.
I’d need to relocate, so costs will rise.

I’m unsure if PDS is below PM, what the annual hike is like, if they give relocation support, and whether the move offers strong career growth vs. just being operational.
Would it be worth leaving my current stable job?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
