Does everyone use an MBA app consultant when applying? Wondering how common this is.

Is it worth for me to get a masters (non-MBA) for Cambridge / Oxford after 3-4 YOE? Currently have an offer for Master of Bioscience Enterprise at Cambridge but not sure how helpful it can be for future opportunities.
