Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I was not getting any proper job, I joined a company as System Admin (the position name is only in pen and paper their actual work is data entry operator) on 3rd party payroll. Today I received a LOI(Letter Of Intent) from EY India and HR said post this you will get offer letter. Is that how EY works ? And how soon I can expect the letter in that case

My probation will end in 2 days in current org and I got the job in other company but formal offer letter isn't shared yet.. Is it wise to resign considering probation end in 2 days cause after probation the NP will be 90 days ?

Current Role - Lead Business Analyst (AM in EY) - 12 LPA - 7.5 YOE - Domain - HR & Finance
Questions -
1) How is the work culture in Evalue as compared to EY India?
2) They are asking to join within 1 month, can this be extended to 2 months which is NP at EY?
3) I have asked for 17 LPA fixed. So, how abt the salary structure over there? Negotiations are still happening. So, how much can they give.

Most HRs these days ask for previous salary slips/ bonus/hike letters without even quoting their offer. Should we proceed with what they want? Is it ethical? Any pros/cons

I am thinking beyond just verifying if the candidate is not lying on the current salary but what if they don't even have the budget to what the candidate has asked as the expectation for the hiring position.

Can't get over the fact that friends who were so dumb in school are earning so much more just because they were given good projects and tech in their career very easily and someone who work hard and much more talented but stuck in bad tech and projects which hinders their growth.
