I'm a second year manager at a T2 in India. Is there any chance for me to get hired at a similar firm in the ME? If not, are there any industry opportunities I could be trying for? Internal transfer has been a bust and cold outreach just isn't working(My family has shifted to Dubai and I'm the last one left lol)

I got an offer from Infosys. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?

Yesterday only during their press meet they told that they have honored all the offer letters last quarter...and today itself you can see so many delaying and postponing of joining cases in this group only....there must be something very wrong or messed up.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Curious on whether people are thinking about the ethics of their exit company when deciding to move?
