It’ll be all about how you phrase it if/when you want to go for a higher role. Show what you gained during the time and how it puts you in a great position for what’s next.
I went PRN for about a year after burning out on full-time nights. It didn't hurt me when I applied for full-time roles later. I listed it clearly as PRN on my resume and focused on the units I covered and the skills I kept sharp. Managers mostly cared that I stayed clinically active and reliable.
