The reasons given were basically that I was not a great match for the team. My manager said they wanted somebody who was more aggressive; I take full responsibility for my performance. It is unfortunate I did not receive much feedback, and the few feedback I received was actually kinda positive lol. I was approached with a cool opportunity by an old colleague and ended up accepting the new role. Trouble is, I now have to resign from my job and my head MD really takes it hard when people leave. He’s done a good job of making our office culture less crappy so I def want to encourage him to continue that.
