I'm an early career professional working as the first ever official strategist for a small agency. I seem to be suffering a case of "lack of work to do," and have been working on compiling research and strategy advising reports on developments in our clients' industries, but that can only get me so many billable hours. I know part of agency life is finding work to do, but it feels often that they brought in a strategist without an idea of what they wanted. Any advice on building out my value?
