I’m at a manager level and feel like I am constantly disrespected and microaggressed by white men at my job. Not internally but by clients and other external parties. It’s become harder to deal with and it also doesn’t feel like there’s enough representation within my group for there to be anyone who can understand my experience. I’ll see the same individuals speak significantly kinder to others in my group that are white. I generally suck it up and respond kindly but it’s becoming harder
