I'm not going to lie, it's been hard. While there are people in the firm who seem to be enthusiastic for me to succeed on my own, it's been really hard to find people that I feel like I really connect with and are my sponsor and advocate when I'm not in the room. Being said, I've been pleasantly surprised by my firm assigned counsellor - he stuck up for me in a recent incident.

Wow I’m so happy for you. My EY coach is non-existence and even stab me in the back

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.
