Market is active, but severely underpaid roles.
So you evaluate a job opportunity for yourself based on what other’s are doing? People got jobs during the Great Recession as well. Have you considered talking to the supposed recruiters who are flooding you and figure out if any of those opportunities are appealing to you? “Daring to”? Lmao
People are getting jobs and they are getting higher pays every days. It might not be as much as it was few years back, but it’s not like people are sitting in their houses in a bubble wrap.
This is an absurd post.

Interesting way to flex
Recruiters got to recruit to get paid. They will look for candidates and lead them on even if the market is poor to justify their paycheck.
And companies are strategically hiring quality talent with low offers to take advantage of the market.
Automated reach outs thanks to OpenClaw and other automations are rising.
Scams are also rising. Always ask for a verifiable company email before sending anything. If they ghost you know it’s a scam.
Always check their profile. Has it been around for a while? Are there any posts or reposts? A credible history? Etc.

Thanks y’all. I must say the pay ranges discussed is nowhere as bad as their group make it sound so far
What kind of recruiters are reaching out? I have a ton of recruiters reaching out for the same roles at IPPs every single day. The same ones will also send multiple messages about said roles using different verbiage as though they never sent the first 4-5 messages to begin with. It is not well coordinated and seems very chaotic.
Actually pretty serious roles and phone discussions. Had me sign ndas before sharing details which i found makes it more real. Haven’t been tricked - yet - into BS
Where are you connecting with these recruiters?
