Any walk-in interviews in Pune? Please Help
Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

It’s something you learn how to review resumes over time after reviewing so many and speaking with them. When I first started out, it was trial and error so I had to put time in to speak with candidates to understand their background. By having so many calls I learned what to pick out. Now it’s just a gut feeling.
I would start with a few must haves in terms of skills, experience, or education. From there what responsibilities they had - did they do a lot of work/spearheading or more of support and assisting. I usually take it from there and see what else stands out to me in their resume, or concerns I have so I can ask during my initial call

Sifting through resumes are what recruiters are for.

Yea or that lol. But usually AI just filters people who meet the minimum qualifications like level of education and years of experience. Once it’s filtered by AI, a human needs to comb through that list and determine who they are going to call for an interview.
Agreed with Manager. Will gladly do that for you since I need a job 😂
I'm curious how you assess work ethics in an interview. A person can look great on paper, speak well in the interview and lack basic understanding that work is priority at work. Just curious.
Interesting. I was told by HR that my work ethic was too high and not similar to the other managers at my organization. I was only expecting the basic requirements listed on the job application nothing more.
