I’m currently in a pretty demanding job and honestly the pay doesn’t really match the workload. I’m now looking for something better with a healthier work-life balance and fair pay for the effort I put in. Am open to new opportunities where I can grow and do my best.

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

I have resigned and my agency is not counting my approved PTOs for two weeks. I put notice for 30 days, is there any way I can negotiate? Or is there any law that prevents companies to cancel hard earned PTOs?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)?
