I found this very drastically based on different companies. I’ve interviewed three times in two weeks with one company for a role and been offered the position on week three. I’ve also completed three interviews over three months and not been offered the position at the end of it. I think if they’re serious about it then one interview per week up to three interviews would be standard with an offer within a month.
A few weeks to a few months. Has anyone had a 3+ month timeline and gotten an offer at the end? Seems like the longer it takes, the less likely it is. However, normal is just not a thing right now with job hunting.
It's impossible to give an answer because it varies so much between companies, and even teams. It took me six months to find a job and in that time I interviewed with seven different companies. Two of them ghosted me after the first interview, the others took between three days and three and a half weeks before hearing back.

Might depend on the company and how soon they need to fill the position. I’ve seen it range from a few weeks to someone 3 months. Sometimes they might even ghost you if you didn’t get it so that’s annoying
