They’re gathering your medical records. I submitted in July and received a decision last week. Be patient, you’ll get the backpay. Easier said than done. My original claims were from September 22 and February 23.
I’m trying, patience has definitely not been a virtue for me
Mine took 7 months. They are very backed up and short staffed. Was worth it in the end, good luck!

This is updated monthly with AVERAGE processing times. That includes those who only submit for Tinnitus or something. If you have more than a few things you're claiming, it will probably be longer.

They’re backed up because august was a key deadline for pact act claims. I started mine June 7th and got it back feb 2nd. You’ll get all the back pay
That makes sense, but I’m still salty because I pay too much in taxes for things to be this slow :(
I wanted almost 30 months back in the day for an injury incurred in the line of duty with a fully developed claim & surgeries done by military docs
It’s way faster now…
You’ll get it, one day you’ll have a ridiculous fat check in your account. I waited almost 13 months and out of nowhere I received almost $39,000 over night from them.
Hey, I’m in this same boat now, i see your post was 4 months ago, whats the update 👀
