I'm having a tough time job hunting and suspect I'm wasting effort on fake postings. I'd found an interesting role on Indeed that wasn't on the company's careers page, so I called them and they confirmed it was a scam. I've noticed other "red flags" like unrealistic pay ranges and the same jobs appearing repeatedly. What are some other ways to tell if a job posting is fake?

If the company spams the job too much, or if the description is too vague... run lol.

Could be ghost jobs where hr is just collecting resumes to assess the type of candidate pool a position might attract in future. People will tell you it only happens with a few job posts but if most companies are doing this, that’s a lot of fluff to sift through. Working with a recruiter might be beneficial for you

I’ve seen postings that ask for personal info way too early, like Social Security numbers or banking details. That’s always a clear giveaway for me.

Hi Fishes can anybody help me reviews about NSE IT? How's working culture? Work life balance? Carrier growth? I am having 10 years experience in sales working for Newgen software

Hello Fishes,

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. It would be really helpful if anyone could share their views. Thanks.
