I’m in that awkward stage where exam progress still drives compensation, but each exam now takes much more effort than the early ones did. The raises are helpful, but I’m questioning whether the later stages still feel proportional to the work involved. For actuaries further along, did you ever hit a point where the salary progression stopped feeling motivating?
