Trust your gut. Ask the questions you actually want to know. It's much better to know everything to make a good choice. There will be other opportunities.
Keep faking it through, but give those instincts the credit they usually deserve. Agree to ask those questions and see what the answers are like. Better to address it now than be 3 months into a new job needing to restart the process.
What firm, the culture matters
I've had misgivings about companies after researching them and reading employee reviews. Even when it doesn't sound like a great fit, I'll do the interview anyway because I trust my intuition. I think hearing negative things before an interview makes it a lot easier to be myself and not worry too much because I go in with the assumption I don't really care if I get the offer, which is very liberating. I'd suggest you approach this one the same way - remember that it's just as important for the company to sell itself to you as it is for you to sell yourself to it. If you walk away from it still feeling apprehensive, you've got your answer.
