My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Development and Linux Driver Development. Have good knowledge on OS internals. I've attended an 2 Technical rounds at Qualcomm and then HR called me to say that I'm selected. I have to send her my Current and Expected CTC and answers to few other HR round questions now on mail.
My current CTC is 3.6 LPA. How much can I expect?
Please note that I joined with Diploma in my current company. I'm currently pursuing BCA online.

Service bAsed companies are not releasing offers nowadays. I have left looking for offers from any of service based companies. Except TCS, All are frauds and TCS won’t pay much anyway so done. They will lure you to give interviews and later when all rounds are done and docs are submitted, they will come and say we can’t pay you. I have faced the same with capegemini, tech Mahindra, infosys, cognizant. Is this the case with anyone ? Or am I the only one with bad luck

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
