I'm leaving GS, not because it's a bad company. But because of its shitty policy about 5day wfo culture. I entered software just because I liked the flexibility it offers, I like the blend of work and life, rather then a fix 9-5 work and rest is life. But you GS, you are going to drown with this policy.

I was so happy when I got a Job in GS, but now I'm happy that I'm leaving.
