I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? Don't join the organisation where efs is not getting deducted, start can be fraud and later u will be questioned ? I faced the same situation i joined a start up with full salary as a fixed no tax getting deducted by cmpy, nor form 16 is provided, nor EPF is getting deducted later cmpy shut down and where ever i show them experience of that cmpy by BGV get red , so now i am showing gap
I don't think it's create any problem i have total 7yoe . First 3 year I worked in startup (no of,form16). I didn't face any issue till now
Dont join such companies. EPF is mandatory for companies having more than 20 employees else illegal. Google that up.
Also.. EPF isn't just money but proof that you're a paid employee. Don't you want proof?
25 is the employee count.of it has to be a legal entity in india. However, such companies can always go through third party payroll system.0

If you are working in MNC dont even think of joining this startup your future would be ruined.
But if you are working in a low level company with peanuts as your salary then for 22 lacs just join without any second thought.

I see but the place where you might have worked is different from where he is going.
1. EPF is never a proof of employment, companies do give offer letter and experience letter.
No MNC asks for EPF as proof of employment, by law companies with less employees need not make EPF mandatory. I have seen multiple MNCs, startups form 16 is never asked its just salary slips or max your bank statement.
2. Depends on the place you might have worked. Every registered company have to provide Form 16 most importantly when TDS is being deducted, visible is form 26AS as well, which in his case for 22 lpa will be valid.
3. When you say career is ruined is a senseless comment. Does Accenture gives you a guarantee not to terminate you? I don't want to demean but you could have expressed your concern in a much better way rather than simply saying a big no
