Over the last 2+ years, I’ve worked on fintech products where small design decisions had real impact on users and business.

I redesigned an eKYC flow that was taking 20 minutes and losing users midway. After simplifying it, the same journey now takes under 7 minutes and completion improved by 78%.

Started my Roth IRA in 2019 and bought some funds that aren’t doing so well. I want to trade them for an index fund that the majority of my Roth IRA is in.
