Anyone working in spain??
Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

Look south. It’s going to be close to impossible to find a new build less than 45 minutes from downtown Dallas with that budget north of Dallas. South of Dallas might be feasible but I don’t know anything about the schools down there (or if that even matters to you).
Take a look at https://www.newhomesource.com/single-family-communities/map?bath=3&bed=3&exclude55=true&pricehigh=500000&coordinates=32.912541292049,-97.13316768687127,33.55464706501591,-96.78709835093377 (you'll need to zoom out)
Avoid Savannah / Union Park / Providence Village because you'll be paying insane rates for utilities as part of a MUD. But there are several communities with new builds in your price range
(If you haven't been through this process before, set aside about 20% extra for finishing touches at the builders design center on top of the purchase price.)
Feel free to DM for additional ideas.
Live in Dallas- happy to help. Feel free to DM.
Not going to find that in North Dallas.
Look in Mansfield, midlothian, or you have to go out to Forney/mesquite/heath and find builders in that range.
Celina tx has a neighborhood called Light farms zoned for Prosper isd schools which are top schools. Pools, little beach area, dog launch and park, kids parks, fishing pond and beautiful walking trails… you can find 500k but not new. Probably 8 year old homes

Yes Celina but would have to be north Celina for $500K new build. Would get Celina ISD schools which are nearly as good as Prosper. Other options might be Aubrey or Pilot Point or Van Alstyne. You can also probably get a large 3 bed 3 bath townhouse in Prosper (Windsong Ranch) for around $500K. But not new build
To Dallas? That’s nice! McKinney is a grind so I don’t even go in every day
Do you have kids? If so, based on your home budget, I am assuming you plan to send to public opposed to private school. School district is going to help narrow down options. If you don't have kids your options are more flexible
No children yet, but planning on it, so it would be nice to be in a good school district.
You won’t get in north Dallas for a new build of that price while still <45 min of downtown Dallas. Maybe mesquite area which is actually only 25-30 min with no traffic.
If you only focused on north Dallas - maybe Celina? But it will be too far from everything imho. At that point you may as live in grapevine (doubt you’ll get a new build there for that price tho, but maybe an “older” home) which is just as nice and still within 25-30 min.
New build is a bit overrated. No build is issue-proof, and you end up paying a premium on the newness. Just find a newer home that meets your needs and make it your own over time as you better understand your growing needs
Just move to lake highlands

I literally searched for 15 seconds

Are you solely focused on the North Dallas area? Or are you open to other cities that would still fall within your price and drive-time parameters? I'm a Realtor and would be glad to help any way I can.
