I’m new to my company and I don’t have any personal experience with the product we sell. Are there specific things I should ask about the company to get a better footing? It‘ll be my 4th day tomorrow and I don’t suspect they’re going to provide me with any new specifics. They’re a growing family owned company so this is new to them as well. I have work experience, but I’m self taught and this is my first large company with an email list already formed.

Any advice or suggestions are welcomed!
