I'm new to the creative agency side of things so excuse me if this is a silly question, but what exactly is the difference between a senior copywriter and a junior copywriter? Is it just the number of years spent as a copywriter or does it have more to do with the kind of work you're doing? I pivoted here from a sales background, but always been into writing so it made me feel comfortable to take the leap. Still have a long way to go...

I’m a first year associate (almost second year). I work at a national firm and I’m not a litigator. When I started with the firm, I was told I could work out of any office. Long story short, I regret choosing the office that I chose. I’d like to transfer to another office - is that a difficult ask? I’m licensed in the state I’d like to transfer to. I don’t know how to make this request.

Jumping off a related topic: am I delusional to not care about jr/int/sr level titles? I've been a "copywriter" since the day I started and steadily gained responsibility, autonomy, and money.
