I'm not a big TikTok user so I could care less about this ban, but I think it's genuinely a positive thing that it happened. TikTok was such a problem for so many teens and young adults, it was causing genuinely mental health issues and was a clear addiction. It's not a bad thing that we take a step back and re-evaluate whether it's really a necessary thing we need in our lives. Maybe that's just a boomer take.

I’ve began getting quotes for mortgage rates through lenders and the best I’ve seen so far is 5.75% (excellent credit, dp at 10%) at a 60 day lock. Debating if I should test my luck with the market to see if rates will drop or if I should go ahead and lock my rate in before Rates increase even more
