I wouldn’t say anything.
Not quite sure what your situation is but one of the biggest things I learned in my first role is: Client wants what client wants. There’s a lot of red tape involved with what gets approved to represent the brand.
Ask, and seek to understand. Don't assume - it'll bite you.
I try to spend the first 3 months or so focussed on learning how things work, why they work that way, whats been tried, and whats been learned along the way. This doesnt mean everything that’s been done is the best, but it means you have the context to make meaningful suggestions for how your team could push to do better.
Don’t
