Well, one of my colleagues resorted to messaging me on LinkedIn, asking me a question that can very much wait until Monday (has nothing to do with any project deadlines). I thought this was excessive. What do you think?

Hello Everyone. I have been promised an on-site opportunity to Europe in Feb 2022. My visa was also set to be processed but then the company stopped with this and started stating that it is pending for approval from client. It’s been more than 6 months now. Can I anybody help me? I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

The distance between my wife's location(electronic City wipro) and my location(Whitefield) is around 25km...is it possible to change my office location in banglore to electronic City (thick campus) from Whitefield (anchor building)tcs Bangalore...
