I have to agree about the movies and the handwriting. They can do short videos, but a full movie is not a treat.

One thing I didn't see in the article that I do see on the job is the level of perceived sophistication regarding mental health and emotional well-being. I say "perceived" because while they are aware that these things exist in a way that wasn't so earlier in my career, they seem less prepared to deal with barriers and struggles. For example, anxiety is considered a reason to quit, rather than a hurdle to overcome. Not all kids! Just more than I remember.

The observation about kindness is also generally true as well, which is very cool.
