I’m scheduled for a second interview this week and want to ask about doing a hybrid schedule with one remote day. Is it better to bring this up during the interview or hold off until the negotiation phase? I don't want to ruin my chances, but I also don't want to commit to a job that’s 100% in-office. When's the right time to ask about this?

Agreed with the others. Wait until you have the offer. When that happens, you know you're their top pick, and they'll have sunk serious time into interviewing you. That gives you the best shot at getting them to agree.

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Would it look bad on my resume?

Hi everyone Google ,

I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.

Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.
