I'm seeing so many issue with people joining(DOJ) on Thursday.
My DOJ is on 10th April so I did a small search and found so many issues like no invitation link, no agenda mail, etc.

As anyone got Thursday as DOJ but had no issue - If not when did you receive all the on-boarding links?
If had issue how did you get it fixed?

Last week at an office meeting the office manager, in front of everyone, without my knowledge beforehand, announced that I was the only person in the office eligible for a senior position. There's a lot of backstory to this but I can only type so much SO I've been with my company for 10.5 hours and just found out they've increased their base pay for starting employees $3-5/hr. I have received my annual 3-4% raises, only because I always make sure to ask for it, but nothing more. They didn't even acknowledge my 10 year anniversary with the company and it's a pretty small company (less than 100 employees). I feel I should get a $3-5/hr raise since the base pay was raised. Thoughts?
