Patagonia black whole wheeled duffel. Super durable and the shininess of the black is cool for work and personal use
I got the Delsey Paris Helium Aero set and I enjoy it. $99 for the carry on if you buy it alone. I’ve had several work trips and it has always held up with minimal scratches.
Just get a 30-40L hiking/mountaineering pack with some attachment points on the outside -- very convenient

Samsonite is affordable and reliable! I have their Freeform model (cost me around $120). I travel 2x weekly for over a year and it still holds up really well
