Hi all. I have a referral question. Long story short, I waited too long to apply for a SA role. I wanted to pass my PMP first (which I did on Friday) and went to apply to the role yesterday to see that it got taken down. I do have a friend who can refer me but does she have to wait for another posting to come up before she refers me? Or can she do it with an existing posting and I’ll get an internal link that isn’t attached to a specific posting? Did I lose my chance?

How much do you tip heb grocery delivery drivers? I was tipping 20% of my grocery bill and then someone said that’s a lot considering they do not do the shopping and it is about a 10 min drive.
