I'm trying to figure out which of these management roles to take – Markel or Chubb. Pay and the whole WLB thing seem pretty similar right now. But I'm thinking about the future and want to move into a bigger leadership spot down the road. Anyone know about the overall vibe about growing people and promoting from within? Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
