I turn the achievement into a quantified resume bullet point. In my resume, the accomplishment becomes a statement of fact rather than an emotionally charged item in my mind. In discussing it, just focus on your method & useful insights. Congrats on the good work!
That is a real struggle. Have you tried tying your wins to the company goals and teamwork? Sounds a lot more natural.
Good call
You've got a great manager!
Why do you say that?
Be awkward and cringey! Brag! Professional life always comes with a side of uncomfortable self-promotion if you want to get ahead. I don't like it either, but I force myself to play the game.

Use those wins to update your resume! They’re gold & easy to forget.
Love this
Unfortunately, self-promotion is often the key to advancing in your career. Think of it as being a good salesperson. You are selling yourself, and ultimately your services.
Just take a look at LinkedIn posts. Everyone is bragging to high heaven, but attempting to appear as if they are not bragging.
Go and do likewise.

Here's another food for thought (also, see my previous post).
What will be the reward for "sharing my wins?" Will you make more money? Will you get a promotion?
I brag, you brag, we all brag together. Which one of us will get the promotion?
Wouldn't it be better to brag about your boss? In the old days, we called this "kissing ass." Corporate ladders are filled with brown noses.

What exactly does "sharing my wins" mean?
Is this just talking about your successes, or is it allowing others to "share in your success?"
If it's only about "promoting yourself," that is a valid way to get in front of decision makers who may have an impact on your future career aspirations. Think of this, not as bragging, but as salemanship.
Simply stating your accomplishments in the appropriate context will not sound like bragging.
Ask your manager for suggestions on how to do that.
