I’m trying to weigh the important of having GSAP vs a strong GMAT/GRE score. I am still testing and am below the median for my schools. Has anyone here had success getting into their target programs with sub par scores?

I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? Has anyone dealt with stuffing allocation in a non-hedge fund context? It seems even in the HF world the law is fuzzy in using aggregate reverse 704c principles in stuffing allocations. Like, sure, the market is there but no authority really blessed it (other than some Cravath partner’s article in Tax Notes in 2013). If we are talking asset class that isn’t really like marketable securities but might be able to treat it similarly solely by virtue of, say, valuation on a quarterly basis (contd)

Hi.. I applied for an opportunity in UBS which I saw in Linkedin around 10-12 days back and I did receive a kind of automated email for online assessment. I took the assessment but post that I didn't hear anything. I see that job in linkedin is still accepting applications.

What shall I conclude from this? Is my profile not shortlisted for interview or they usually took many applications and then decide who shall be called for interview?

Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls.
