Hi.. I applied for an opportunity in UBS which I saw in Linkedin around 10-12 days back and I did receive a kind of automated email for online assessment. I took the assessment but post that I didn't hear anything. I see that job in linkedin is still accepting applications. What shall I conclude from this? Is my profile not shortlisted for interview or they usually took many applications and then decide who shall be called for interview? What is the approach?

Hi Team, I joined Mindtree on Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it. My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update. Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Any tips/questions to prep for FDD final interview with partner? I just passed the case study and am not sure what to expect as the recruiter is out of office. Currently in audit as a third year if that helps. Thanks!

Anyone work with Rich Russo at Arnold before? Had an interview with him and it was weird. As a Hispanic woman, he said I couldn’t be that good if he never heard of me before. When I asked how important diverse hires are, I got an answer from him that was pretty shocking.... something along the lines of how hiring diverse candidates lowers the bar for creative work because they don’t have the same education other [white] creatives have. Maybe I’m reading into him wrong but it was cringe-worthy.

Looking for my first Admin job and had a great first interview with a hiring manager for a small start up consulting co. Next was the technical exercise, half built in flow and I explained I have not worked in it. Hiring mgr said that’s fine and to take my time. Interview was 3 days before Xmas, and I turned in technical exercise 2 weeks and 2 days later. I think I did a great job considering I had to figure it out with very little experience. To date, my submission hasn’t been reviewed.

I made it to Hiring Committee!!!! One step closer to a dream decades in the making. I appreciate any and all positive thoughts directed my way, fish! 😭😭😭
