In Kotak Bank, I had HR discussion and they mentioned now it will go for final approval but got to know that profile rejected from the head in final approval process.
They mentioned, they have collected business justification and will reopen the ticket again for approval.
Just Wanted to understand the rational behind this as profile is the first step towards the process, how can it come in the last? What could be rational behind this? What are chances of it getting approved?

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked.
