In March 2023 I increased my salary from 85k to 125k, and now I’m interviewing for a job that’s going to pay me 120k salary and bonus is unknown but it’ll be at least 5k and In previous job there was 0 bonus.

However I gained about 7 additional months of experience in that time, so I’m wondering if it makes sense to ask for 10-20k more? There is a chance I will be promoted in 1-2 years though and salary will be 150k
