If it were me, I would wouldn't make the jump unless there is some other meaningful gain in wlb or job security. I look for atleast 15-20% in a jump. Advocate for yourself to get promoted ASAP, then look to jump ~6 months into the new role.
The office is 5 mins away ☺️ and I think the early promotion might be doable
Unless you're leaving to escape a toxic environment, relocation, or some other significant factor, you should only get a new job if there is a notable salary increase. Don't leave for a lateral move unless you have no other choice.

Where did you get the number 120k from if they haven’t made you an offer?
Always negotiate. If the original offer is over 100k, then 10k would not insult them.
Rock the interview, pay attention to what they are looking for, then negotiate based on how you can surpass their expectations and needs
Ask for more if there wiggle room.
