Just leave.. don't worry about it..when you send your resignation mail, mention your last working day in the mail itself by calculating 90 days. Add your manager's boss and boss's boss too.

No company can force you. In my previous company, they were doing same nonsense. I sent a mail to my managers and hr that this is my notice that I will be leaving in 2 months. Which is good enough time for knowledge transfer.
Max company can do is ask for compensation of loss due to you leaving early, which also they have to prove.
I had dug up various past rulings on this, sent them when they threatened me with legal action, and told them that it is me who will take them to court if harassed further.
