I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Offer 2:Senior Solution Partner HighRadius Technologies looking into the North America Market(Farming role)-individual contributor role.
CTC:27 LPA(Fixed)+3LPA(Variable)

They don’t consider TCS and Infosys, due to unskilled resources and high rejection rate.
My personal experience, we don’t even screen resumes received from TCS

Not at all. I switched to a Product based company after working for 5 yrs with TCS. You just need to be thorough in your current work profile and have good knowledge about the industry and the recruitment company.

If you want to go to Product based or Captive industry, apply the job through referral. If you apply directly they won't consider you. It's based on my personal experience

That is not true. You are under wrong impression. They consider and do take service based employees too.
