Infogain India Private Limited policies states that we cannot avail EL during the notice period. Also availing CL is allowed but will be considered as LWP (Leaves without Pay) .
Is this strictly followed or can have some relaxation?
I have actually applied for 5 ELs for future dates but later resigned. Will these not get approved? Or even if approved, will those be considered under LWP?

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
