INFOSYS, YOU DISAPPOINTED ME

I am facing prolonged delay with infosys interview process. It’s been two months since R1 and over one month since HR discussion, 25 days since Digi verify.

My status still in HR Checklist and no offer ID generated. HR keep telling like we will update u shortly but nothing progressed.

Please advise is it worth to wait or drop it. I am mentally exhausted Infosys Infosys pvt ltd

Do you all see a compelling future in your tax career? I’ll go first, I don’t see a compelling future working for a large PA firm in the long run because you have to work more as you move up. However, I do see a compelling future by using my knowledge and skills to open my own firm/business and work less hours as long as I make enough money which is $75k, or if I do work long hours, it’s because I want to.

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Basically feeling like an 18 year old over here with no knowledge of how to run my own life. Having to start over after long term controlling relationship where I was left out of all the finance stuff. So I’m lost TBH. Engineering makes sense, managing my money not so much.
