sigh* last week Saturday my s/o & I broke up after our 3 year relationship. & it really been affecting me negatively — not eating, autopilot mode, self isolation & diving deep into work. Today I decided to go outside, where I picked up some food to go and went to an outdoor movie by myself; where I had the realization I just really enjoy being by myself. Idk, maybe I’m just better off single after so many failed relationships/am I being dramatic? but anyone else has given up on love?

So much baggage brought into the relationship. 2 years in and just discovered a whole lot more. Its been mentally extremely difficult and it’s changed me as a person. Just venting but feel hopeless and I know my SO is suffering. Wish there was a solution but I’m losing hope

I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.
I realized that it wouldn't suit now as ! see a lot of backlash from my 2yrs old boy. I have a feeling that it might have a wrong impact on him. I don't want to continue this timings now. Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. Question for my friend at KPMG. Her MDs and Partners have been directing her to eat her hours. If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD. I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups.
