Price waterhouse & co llp Hi all,
I have 4 years of experience in SAP Data migration, working in Infosys. I am looking for referrals in Big4. Can you please help to check if there are any openings in EY, Deloitte, KPMG.
Thanks in advance

For perspective, I was a VP ops at a $300m fund with a $210k base, 30% bonus and 1% carry. Think you can do better at a $5B fund, depending on how heavy the ops team is

Average to above average offer. Not sucky. Not a home run.
Gotta go to McK for the candor. Appreciate it. What TC would make it a HR IYO? Thanks!
Parthenon? Strong offer. Sign on bonus?
Also, VP level position
Sorry for the naïve questions: what do you do in a PE Ops role? Like be a task master for a group company to make sure the transformation is going well?
Also, how does carry work?
Thanks, A2! Do you know how carry works?
How many years of experience? MBA? Nice work
Also are you getting this job straight from mba? Or from Mbb?
Pretty solid - middle of the fairway is 400-600k cash. Carry is a bit light - typically shoot for 2-3M at VP

Latest fund size?

Yeah agree - its like 1M carry which is good but not spectacular
I've seen much worse. I'd take that offer.
How does that carry translate to DAW?
~$1M, given conservative assumptions on IRR etc..
OP, are you not interested at all in deal team and more Ops? Would love to hear your rationale on this please!
I am more interested in value creation & how to run a company vs. the deal side. And the marginal utility of the extra money just doesn't compensate for the hours for me.
Oh, and the small detail that I likely don't have the finance and modeling skills either...
Seems like a good deal. Congratulations!
Would love to hear a bit more about this position! I am a VP at a private equity firm in the financial group but this seems like an interesting alternative. Would you have a few minutes to discuss over the phone or over email?
