Interviewers always ask about availability, especially nights and weekends. I want to be honest but worry it hurts my chances. Is it better to be upfront or say yes and renegotiate later?

Commercial real estate question. When a residential property will likely zone commercial in the coming years, do we, the owner, wait for a buyer/developer to contact us?

Does the IRS allow LIFO/Specific ID tax lot methods for selling crypto? And if so, do I somehow need to specify my choice of method at the time of sale, or just down the road when filing taxes? I use CB Pro and don’t see any settings for selecting methods like in my traditional brokerage account.
