Is 50 LPA reasonable for a 15 YOE full-stack/AI engineer in India?

Looking for some honest market feedback.

I have 15 years of experience building web applications. My background is mainly full-stack development (previously .NET, last 4 years mostly Python).

Current responsibilities:

- Leading an 8-member engineering team
- Designing and building AI products end-to-end
- Have delivered 9 large production systems and(3 AI)
- Working on AI applications for the last 4 years

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

CGI - 34 Lacs Fixed, 1.12 Lacs worth Stock options, 2Lacs Joining Bonus(will be deployed to work for Shell Client)
Siemens Healthineers - Awaiting offer, not willing to match above offers, maximum they can offer 33L as fixed and 2 Lacs Joining Bonus.
